Responsibilities Call recent leads from Instagram, Facebook, Google and website enquiries within minutes of receiving them Understand what the customer is looking for (product, budget, room, timeline) Share product details, prices and catalogues over WhatsApp after the call Invite customers to visit the nearest showroom and confirm the visit date and time Follow up with leads who haven’t visited or decided Update every call outcome in the CRM or sheet daily Hand over interested leads to the showroom sales team
