Responsibilities:
- Arrange and manage site visits for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients through calls and emails.
- Receive inbound calls and maintain accurate call records.
- Assist in addressing client inquiries and providing relevant information.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 6 to 12 months of experience in telecalling services (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
Qualification:
Any graduate with a minimum of 6 months of real estate telecalling experience.
