Call and onboard current customers/leads and Explain company services/products to clients.
Coordinate with transporters/truckers to connect loads.
Negotiate with clients to get the best rates Update load and tracking details in the system.
Follow up with warehouse teams for timely loading/unloading.
Maintain relationships with customers for repeat business * Coordinate with internal teams and transporters efficiently. Salary / Incentives:
₹5000 incentive after connecting the first vehicle ₹200–₹300 incentive per truck thereafter Customer onboarding incentives: ₹10,000 for first onboarding ₹3,000 for each subsequent onboarding
