Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Bengali and Hindi. 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales or business development. Prior experience in Real Estate Sales or Corporate B2B Sales preferred. Robust negotiation, persuasion and customer-handling skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and CRM software. Ability to handle sales targets and work independently. Positive attitude, confidence and a result-oriented mindset.
