Job Role: Telesales Executive

Industry: Nbfc / Financial Services

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Work Mode: Work from Office

Job Responsibilities:

Handle outbound calls to customers and generate sales leads.

Promote financial products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Two-Wheeler Loans and Credit Cards.

Understand customer requirements and explain suitable financial products.

Convert leads into successful sales.

Achieve assigned sales targets.

Follow up with customers and maintain proper lead records.

Eligibility

Freshers:

10th / 12th / Any Graduation / Undergraduates can apply.

Freshers with technical degrees such as B.E. / B.Tech are not eligible.

Positive communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory.

Experienced Candidates:

Candidates with outbound calling / telesales experience are preferred.

Customer Support candidates must have relevant sales experience.

Candidates with B.E.



/ B.Tech can apply only if they have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience.

Candidates should be comfortable with sales targets and lead conversion.

Salary:

Freshers: 20,000/- Take Home

Experienced: Up to 27,000/- Take Home

Benefits:

Yearly bonus instead of monthly incentives.

Candidates earning up to 20,000 take-home: ESIC coverage of up to 5 Lakhs, subject to applicable terms.

Candidates earning 27,000 take-home: 5 Lakhs insurance coverage for self, spouse and two children, provided by Tata Capital.

Working Days:

6 Days Working 1 Rotational Week Off

Sunday working may be required, with a compensatory weekly off.
