We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance and customer support for our access control and biometric products.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to access control and biometric products.
- Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain records of customer queries and resolutions.




- Provide product guidance and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Bengali.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with access control or biometric products will be an advantage.
- Valuable customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
