Role Description The Technical Program Manager will lead complex, cross-functional technology programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives, product roadmaps, and delivery timelines. Daily responsibilities include planning and tracking program milestones, coordinating project teams, managing dependencies and risks, and driving effective communication across stakeholders and leadership. The role involves close collaboration with software development and product management teams,



translating business requirements into actionable technical plans, and ensuring high-quality delivery.

The Technical Program

Manager will also establish governance frameworks, improve processes, and use data-driven insights to optimize program performance. This is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Project Management skills to plan, execute, and oversee complex initiatives.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track metrics, and support decision-making and risk management.
- Candidates should possess experience in Software Development to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and understand technical constraints.
- Candidates should possess Product Management skills to align technical delivery with product strategy, user needs, and business outcomes.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience with agile methodologies, tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and standard program governance practices is beneficial.
