responsibilities Manage end-to-end technical facility management operations across multiple client locations. Oversee electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building utility systems. Plan, monitor, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Ensure smooth functioning of DG sets, transformers, HT/LT panels, UPS, chillers, pumps, lifts, and HVAC systems. Manage technical teams, including engineers, supervisors, technicians, and maintenance staff. Ensure timely resolution of technical complaints, equipment breakdowns, and client escalations.

Conduct regular technical site inspections, audits, and equipment performance reviews. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory requirements, and safety procedures. Monitor maintenance budgets, spare parts, inventory, and vendor performance.

Implement energy conservation initiatives and cost optimisation measures. Monitor SLAs, KPIs,



equipment downtime, and preventive maintenance schedules. Prepare and submit periodic technical and operational performance reports.

Maintain effective client relationships and ensure quality service delivery.
