A Cafe Crew Member acts as the face of the cafe, handling customer service, food and beverage preparation, and daily store upkeep. [1] Job Summary Responsible for delivering a welcoming guest experience, supporting front- and back-of-house operations, and maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards. [1] Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, make menu recommendations, and handle payments via POS or cash. Food & Beverage Prep: Prepare coffee, drinks, snacks, or light meals according to company standards and recipe guidelines. Hygiene & Cleanliness: Keep tables, counters, equipment, and dining areas clean and sanitized throughout the shift.
Stock & Inventory: Restock display cases, grab-and-go items, and station supplies while helping minimize product waste.
Team Coordination: Support kitchen and floor staff during peak hours and assist with opening or closing store routines
