Meet Self targets and Drive team to Achieve targets. Lead, motivate, and drive the team to achieve performance targets.

Monitor daily team productivity and service quality. Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution. Conduct regular training, coaching, and team development sessions. Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and implement improvement plans.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention levels. Coordinate with internal departments for seamless customer support. Maintain discipline, engagement, and a positive team environment.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Team Handling in Leadership roles. Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage teams. Robust communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Result-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
