Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the Wealth Sales team, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Monitor daily sales activities and track target achievement to drive performance.
- Support the team in acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships to enhance client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster their professional growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.




- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and share updates with management to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements - 12+ years of experience in Wealth Sales, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.

- Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team effectively.
- Strong understanding of financial products such as Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and Insurance.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
