Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply

Work Schedule: 6 days a week, with one weekly off

Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

About Openhouse

Openhouse is a learning space designed for children aged 1–12 years, offering preschool, daycare, and after-school programmes. Our neighbourhood centres provide children with opportunities to explore a variety of extracurricular activities in a holistic learning environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Teacher Relationship Manager to support teacher recruitment coordination, training, onboarding, and teacher management at Openhouse.

You will play an significant role in building our teacher network and ensuring a smooth journey for teachers, from the recruitment process through training and their transition into live classes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teacher Coordination & Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for teachers during their recruitment, training, and onboarding journey.
- Coordinate teacher schedules with trainers for training sessions.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with teachers.
- Support teachers through their transition into live classes and ensure a smooth joining experience.

2. Tracking & Process Management





- Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate progress regularly.
- Track recruitment metrics and support talent acquisition initiatives.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-ups across the recruitment and teacher management process.

3. Hiring & Recruitment

- Evaluate candidates and support recruitment decision-making.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of teacher candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and offer rollouts.
- Ensure a smooth handover of selected candidates to the onboarding team.

What We’re Looking For
- A completed Bachelor's degree.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination, organization, and follow-up skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in using technology to improve productivity and workflows.
