Job Title : Taleo Consultant

Experience : 8 - 11 years In this role, you'll lead Taleo configurations, support enterprise-wide projects, and enhance user experiences across the platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve complex issues, and deliver scalable system improvements.

You'll report to Manager, Systems Software Engineering.

During a Typical Day, You'll :

- Provide functional and technical expertise for new Taleo initiatives.
- Configure the Taleo platform to enhance internal and external user experience.
- Participate in enterprise-wide project teams to solve complex business problems.
- Resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues related to web tools and integrations.
- Perform detailed configuration and manage code migrations between environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process and system improvements.
- Oversee design, deployment,



and compliance of current Taleo functionalities.

What You Bring to the Role :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field (master's preferred).
- 8 - 10 years of experience in full-cycle implementation and support of Taleo applications.
- Strong expertise in Taleo Connect Client (TCC) integrations.
- Background in corporate talent acquisition operations and strategy is a plus.
- Solid understanding of data architecture and system integrations.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and work independently in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication skills with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
