Talent Acquisition Manager

Role Summary The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering, R&D;, product, manufacturing, corporate, and leadership hiring requirements. The incumbent will partner closely with business leaders to build talent pipelines, enhance employer branding, and drive best-in-class hiring practices to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical functions.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and talent requirements.
- Develop sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-hire talent across aerospace, defense, robotics, embedded systems, AI/ML, software, electronics, and manufacturing domains.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking, referrals, market mapping, and direct sourcing.
- Drive recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and stakeholder satisfaction.




- Manage recruitment partners, consultants, and external hiring channels.
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and campus hiring programs.
- Implement recruitment best practices, processes, and ATS optimization.
- Support leadership hiring and succession planning initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 10 -15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience hiring for engineering, product development, R&D;, manufacturing, or technology organizations.
- Strong expertise in talent mapping, market intelligence, and passive candidate engagement.
- Experience working in high-growth startup environments is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Data-driven approach with robust analytical capabilities.
