Role Description The Human Resources Intern at Weskill will support daily HR operations in a remote internship capacity.

Responsibilities include assisting with the implementation and documentation of HR policies, helping maintain employee records, and supporting personnel management activities such as onboarding coordination and basic employee inquiries. The intern will help with organizing information related to employee benefits, compiling HR reports, and contributing to HR-related communications and documentation.



This role also involves collaborating with HR team members, learning HR best practices in an online training environment, and participating in special HR projects as assigned.

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills in understanding and applying HR Policies.
- Candidates should possess basic familiarity with Employee Advantages and related documentation.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records and supporting employee processes.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and comfort working in a remote, digital environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
