About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions across India and the US. The ideal candidate should have exposure to hiring within IT SaaS, AI, technology, or product-based organizations and be comfortable managing multiple positions in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across India and the US.
- Source and attract talent through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Work on requirements across technology, software development, AI/ML, product, sales, operations, and corporate functions.
- Understand hiring requirements and partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interview processes.
- Manage candidate pipelines, follow-ups, feedback,



and offer closures.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain hiring reports, and achieve defined hiring targets.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 0–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in both India and US hiring is essential.
- Experience in technical and non-technical recruitment.
- Preferably from IT SaaS, AI, technology, or product-based organizations.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in the 04:00 PM – 01:00 AM IST shift.
