Role Summary:

We need a hands-on System Administrator to manage, secure, and maintain our Microsoft cloud services, endpoints, network, and IT infrastructure, with minimal downtime and solid security.

Key Responsibilities:

- Microsoft 365 &
- Exchange Online:

Manage users, licenses, groups, mailboxes, mail flow, and service health; troubleshoot email and Outlook issues.

- Intune &

- Endpoints:

Handle enrollment, Autopilot, compliance policies, app deployment, BitLocker, Defender, and patching.

- Entra ID: Manage users, roles, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, and guest access; resolve sign-in issues; enforce least privilege.

- SharePoint &

- OneDrive:

Administer sites, permissions, sharing, and sync; troubleshoot access issues.

- Windows Server &

- AD:

Manage AD DS, GPO, DNS, DHCP, file servers, backups, and disaster recovery.

- Networking &

- Firewall:

Maintain LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VLANs, routers, and switches; manage firewalls (SonicWall, Fortinet, Sophos), VPN, NAT, and web filtering; review logs and respond to incidents.

- CCTV &

- Physical Infrastructure:

Support IP cameras, NVR/DVR,



biometric and access control systems, server room, and UPS.

- IT Support &

- Operations:

Provide L2/L3 support, maintain asset inventory, documentation, and SOPs, and coordinate with vendors.

Required Skills:

Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Windows Server/AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLAN, firewall/VPN, CCTV/NVR, Windows 10/11, MFA, backup and patch management.

Preferred Skills:

PowerShell basics, Defender/BitLocker/Autopilot experience, ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira), multi-site hybrid environments, certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Network , CCNA).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field

- 1-3 years of hands-on system administration experience

- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills; able to work independently
