Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute constituency, district, and state-level surveys. Develop survey questionnaires and sampling plans. Manage and supervise field survey teams. Monitor daily survey progress and data quality. Analyze survey data and prepare reports. Coordinate with research, analytics, and operations teams. Ensure timely and accurate survey completion. Prepare insights on public opinion, governance, and local issues.
Required Qualifications &
Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate in Political Science, Sociology, Statistics, or related fields. 3–5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of survey methodology and sampling. Proficiency in Excel, Google Forms, ODK, KoboToolbox, or similar tools. Robust team management, analytical, and communication skills.
