KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

1. Provide L2 support for end user computing issues including laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and OS
2. Perform hardware troubleshooting, diagnostics, replacement coordination, and break/fix support
3. Install, configure, and troubleshoot OS, applications, drivers, and system builds
4. Support user onboarding/offboarding activities, including device setup, access coordination, and IT readiness
5. Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues, network cables, basics network connectivity problems
6. Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and basic user administration
7. Perform password resets, account unlocks, and basic Active Directory/Azure AD user support
8. Manage and resolve incidents/service requests through ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA)
9. Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for complex issues and ensure proper escalation with troubleshooting details
10. Maintain IT asset inventory, software records, and hardware lifecycle processes
11. Support endpoint management tools such as Intune , Azure Fundamentals
12. Work with vendors for hardware warranty, replacement,



and service related issues
13. Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and Knowledge articles

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS-
1. 4-6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Hardware, Desktop Support, Application and Network Support roles
2. Strong knowledge of Windows OS troubleshooting and system administration
3. Valuable understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN basics, VPN, Wi-Fi
4. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin and end user support (Specifically Exchange Online)
5. Experience with hardware troubleshooting
6. Experience working with ITSM ticketing tools, change management
7. Looking for a System administrator
