About Loop Lab

Loop Lab is building India’s first functional hair accessories brand. Our promise is simple: products that don’t harm your hair. We started with Loopies (hair ties) and are now launching a full range across four daily routines: Day, Sleep, Active and Spa/Styling. We are a small, fast-moving team and we ship quickly.

About the role

You will own how our products get made, from the first spec to stock in the warehouse. We are launching dozens of new products over the next six months. Some will be sourced from China, some from Indian vendors, and some stitched in our own manufacturing unit. You will run that pipeline end to end.

What you will own

- Source and manage vendors in India and China for fabric, plastic and finished products
- Run samples from brief to approval, and negotiate MOQs, price tiers and lead times
- Take each recent product through our launch process, from specs and costing to quality checks, bulk order and delivery, against fixed launch dates
- Work with our in-house stitching unit on production planning, quality and output
- Plan inventory so that bestsellers don’t stock out and slow movers don’t tie up cash
- Handle imports with our freight and customs partners, including costing, shipping and documentation
- Track landed cost per product and flag margin risks early





You are a good fit if you

- Have 4–8 years in sourcing, merchandising, procurement or supply chain at a consumer brand, apparel or accessories company, or an export house
- Have managed vendors yourself, meaning samples, price negotiation and follow-up, not only supervised others
- Are comfortable with costing, MOQs and lead-time planning, and with Excel or Google Sheets
- Can judge product quality hands-on and don’t need a checklist to catch a defect
- Move fast, stay organised under deadlines, and like working with a small team

Nice to have

- Experience importing from China or working with Chinese suppliers
- Experience with fabric, stitching or garment production
- Experience with plastics or injection-moulded products
- Hands-on experience setting up or running a small production unit
- Familiarity with Shopify, Zoho or ClickUp

Details

- Based in Delhi NCR, working from the office on weekdays
- Occasional travel to our manufacturing unit in Lucknow and to vendors, including a China trip
