Role Description The Strategic Alliances Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with clinics, wellness brands, technology providers, and other relevant organizations to expand V6 Clinics’ market reach and service offerings. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential partners, initiating and nurturing business relationships, negotiating collaboration terms, and monitoring the performance of existing alliances.

The Strategic Alliances

Manager will collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, operations, and clinical teams to align partnerships with business objectives, co-create joint initiatives,



and ensure seamless execution. The role also involves tracking key metrics, preparing reports on alliance outcomes, and recommending improvements to maximize mutual value and long-term growth.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Strategic Alliances and Business Alliances to establish and nurture high-impact collaborations.
- Experience in Strategic Partnerships and Business Relationship Management to build, sustain, and optimize partner engagement.
- Capability in Business Planning to design partnership roadmaps, set targets, and align alliances with organizational strategy.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts, manage stakeholders, and drive cross-functional projects in a fast-paced workplace.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data and metrics to evaluate partnership performance and support decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or related consumer services sectors is an advantage.
