- Responsible for job work material control in and out of main materials storage facility.

- Prepare Daily vehicle Report and checking physical stock as per records.

- Issue of material against Material requests raised by Departments & Maintain record of all issued materials.

- Co-ordinate between production and purchasing on all inventories movement at outside job work supplier

- Arrange & store the job work material properly and maintaining FIFO in the flow of material in SEZ challans.

- Responsible for receiving materials, inventory control at job work supplier end.

- Preparing the list of pending challans, reconciliation of daily order details with SEZ challans and company challans.

- monthly stock verification at all job work supplier end.

- Prepare daily and weekly job work orders tracking list and mail to respective users.





- DAILY/Weekly / Monthly MIS through system for software jobwork orders.

- Keeping the materials in good condition free from waste, damage, and contamination.

- Monthly stock verification & reconciliation Physical & System at in house & job work supplier site.

- Having ERP knowledge & can manage independently store job work operations under guidance.

- Having valuable knowledge in MS Office with advance excel formula.

- Can manage job work challan related problem with SEZ officer and solve the issue quickly.

- weekly and monthly reconciliation of all materials in & out for job work supplier.
