Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Associates with strong communication and convincing skills. Candidates with experience in EdTech sales, Doctorate/PhD program promotion, or International Sales will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with working professionals and prospective students to understand their educational and career goals.
- Promote and sell management, postgraduate, Doctorate/PhD, and international education programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate admissions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable academic programs.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Manage leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
- Prior experience in EdTech, education counselling, or inside sales is preferred.
- Experience promoting Doctorate/PhD programs or handling international sales will be an added advantage.
- Solid negotiation, follow-up, and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
