- Build strong relationships with builders, landowners and decision-makers.
- Acquire exclusive sales and marketing mandates.
- Negotiate projects structures and mandate agreements.
- Identify upcoming and ongoing residential projects across Bangalore.
- Develop a solid network of builders and channel partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Bangalore real estate mandate sourcing.
- Strong builder and developer connections.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to independently close mandate agreements.
- Target-oriented and business-driven professional.
