- Client Interaction (Front-Face): Act as the primary point of contact for end-users and stakeholders. Understand user pain points, workflows, and business needs; translate them into transparent functional requirements for the development team. Conduct demos, walkthroughs, and feedback sessions with clients/users.
Manual
Testing &
- Quality Assurance: Perform thorough manual testing across web and mobile platforms.
Validate that implemented features match user requirements and design specifications. Identify, document, and track software defects/bugs through resolution. Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support alongside end-users before final rollout. End-User Training &
- Onboarding: Conduct interactive training sessions (online and on-site) for end-users. Create easy-to-understand user manuals, FAQs, SOPs, and video walkthroughs. Provide post-deployment functional support and address user queries during system adoption.
