Job OverviewAs a Software Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential business customers, visiting them, understanding their requirements, presenting our software solutions, and converting prospects into customers.

This is a field-based position, giving you the flexibility to manage your daily activities while actively meeting businesses and developing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new sales leads among businesses.
- Visit restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, hotels, factories, and other potential customers.
- Introduce and demonstrate our software products and solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available solutions to potential customers.




- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Submit weekly sales and activity reports online.

Requirements
- G.C.E.

Advanced

Level (A/L) completed.

- Diploma in Information Technology (IT) or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work independently.
- Positive understanding of basic computer and software concepts.
- Willingness to travel and meet customers in assigned areas.
- Previous experience in software sales, sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Own smartphone is required.
- Personal transportation is preferred.
