Role Description The Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others to build brand awareness and drive engagement. Daily tasks include developing content calendars, writing and posting copy, coordinating visuals with the design team, monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing performance metrics. The role also involves collaborating with the digital marketing team on integrated campaigns, optimizing posts based on data insights,



and staying current with social media trends and platform updates.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring close coordination with cross-functional teams and participation in strategy discussions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess core social media skills such as platform management, campaign planning, content scheduling, and community engagement.
- Candidates should possess digital marketing skills including basic SEO understanding, social media advertising, analytics interpretation, and familiarity with paid promotion tools.
- Candidates should possess content-related skills such as copywriting for social posts, basic graphic or video briefing, and an eye for consistent branding and messaging.
- Candidates should possess analytical and research skills, including the ability to track KPIs, generate performance reports, and research competitors and industry trends.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, design, and product teams, and maintain skilled client interactions.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, and prior experience in social media or digital marketing roles are highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), basic design tools (e.g., Canva), and an interest in the technology and software domain will be an added advantage.
