Role Description This is a full-time, in office Social Media Marketing Executive role based in Hyderabad.

The Social Media Marketing

Executive will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and support lead-generation goals. Daily activities include managing social media calendars, crafting posts and captions, coordinating with design and development teams for creatives, and monitoring online conversations and community interactions. The role involves tracking performance using relevant analytics tools, preparing regular reports, and optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights.

Executive will collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to align social media initiatives with broader SEO, content, and product marketing strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong social media management skills, including platform handling (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), content scheduling, and community engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in social media content creation, copywriting, and coordination with design teams for visuals and creatives.
- Candidates should possess digital marketing skills related to social media promotions, campaign planning, and basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills to track social media performance, interpret metrics, and generate actionable insights and reports.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Hyderabad and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, and prior experience in social media or digital marketing, will be preferred.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, basic graphic or video editing, and experience in IT or software product companies will be considered an advantage.
