Role Description This is a full time, on-site Social Media Marketing Executive role based in Noida.

The Social Media Marketing

Executive will manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities include planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and publishing engaging content, monitoring performance metrics,



and optimizing strategies based on analytics. The role involves close collaboration with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation, promote projects and case studies, and communicate Enviropol’s sustainability and technology-focused initiatives. The Executive will also stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance digital visibility and audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills for planning, executing, and optimizing online campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Content Creation and Marketing skills to develop engaging posts, visuals, and campaign narratives.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear messaging, collaboration with internal teams, and stakeholder engagement.
- Candidates should possess basic analytics and reporting skills (e.g., using platform insights or third-party tools) to track performance and derive actionable insights.
- Relevant experience in B2B or industrial/engineering sectors, familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, and understanding of brand positioning are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, along with the ability to work proactively and manage multiple platforms, is preferred.
