Role Description The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day civil engineering and other build related activities on project sites, ensuring designs are implemented safely, accurately, and in line with quality standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves coordinating with design teams, contractors, and vendors to execute structural and infrastructure works for residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, setting out works, monitoring stormwater and drainage systems, supervising site workmanship, and ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. The role also requires planning and tracking progress, preparing site reports, supporting quantity estimates, and proactively addressing technical and execution issues.

The Site Civil

Engineer will contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on constructability and collaborating closely with project managers to meet timelines and budget targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with architects and project managers to align execution with design requirements
- Coordinate between consultants, vendors,



and contractors to keep workflows organized
- Monitor quality standards and assist in resolving technical or site-related queries
- Track project progress and assist with documentation and reporting
- Support procurement and verification of materials as per project requirements
- Maintain communication between design office and project locations
- Support timely delivery of milestones while maintaining quality expectations

Qualifications

- Civil engineering expertise, including Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills, with the ability to interpret and apply structural and infrastructure drawings on site.
- Experience working as part of Civil Engineers teams, with strong Planning skills to sequence activities, manage schedules, and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and site-level implementation of water and utility systems in line with regulatory standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline, with prior site engineering experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in construction documentation, basic CAD tools, and use of surveying instruments; familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to make sound technical decisions in the field.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with project managers, architects, contractors, and vendors in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work full time on site in Hyderabad, with a commitment to safety, quality, and structured execution.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills, Proactive communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay detail-focused across shifting priorities, Display extreme ownership to finish projects on time with expected quality standards
- 5 years on site work experience
