Role: Service Now Senior Developer with Now Assist

SUMMARY: Leads technical delivery within the pod. Acts as the primary hands-on architect for AI builds, owns delivery output quality, and mentor technical consultants.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Extensive ITAM / ITOM/HRSD/CSM/ITSM and CMDB platform expertise

Now Assist/Agentic AI with MCP solution design experience

REST, MID Server, and spokes-based integrations

Glide Script and server‑side scripting

Flow Design and Automated testing with ATF

Key Responsibilities

Development & Configuration

Platform configuration and customization (JS, GlideScript)

CMDB foundation setup, population and data modeling

Now Assist skills and Agentic AI flow design

Drive workshops with clients to understand requirements, gaps, etc

Exposure in building ServiceNow agents, ServiceNow platform configuration, or technical design concepts

AI‑enabled delivery, configuration, testing, and quality practices

Comfortable performing peer reviews, smoke testing, and troubleshooting technical issues

Ability to collaborate across EMEA, APAC, and AMS teams in a rapid‑paced, pilot‑driven environment

Strong documentation and problem‑solving skills

Business rule design and process analysis





Test execution, defect triage and resolution

Development & Enhancement of AI Agent Products

Contribute to the development and enhancement of AI Agent products, including:

- Technical Design Agents
- Configuration (Config) Agent
- AI Testing and Quality‑focused agents
- Support ongoing refinement of agent logic, prompts, and behaviors to improve accuracy, reliability, and usability.
- Works to PACE playbooks independently
- Clear written updates and status reporting
- Proactive risk flagging to Project ManagerQuality & Compliance
- Adhere to coding standards and ServiceNow best practices.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and security guidelines
