Our product portfolio includes electrospinning machines, melt spinning systems, wet spinning systems, coating machines, filament extruders, syringe pumps, and other customized research and automation equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of laboratory and industrial equipment at customer sites.

Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, mechanical, and automation-related issues.

Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, motor drives, stepper motors, servo motors, sensors, temperature controllers, and associated control systems.

Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and performance verification of equipment.

Provide technical support to customers through in office visits, telephone, and remote assistance.

Assist with machine assembly, wiring, testing, and final quality inspection before dispatch.

Identify faulty components and perform necessary repairs or replacements.

Prepare service reports, installation records, maintenance documentation, and troubleshooting reports.

Coordinate with R&D;, production, and engineering teams for technical improvements and problem resolution.

Provide operational training and technical demonstrations to customers.

Travel to customer locations across India as required.

Required Technical Skills

Good understanding of electrical circuits, control panels, wiring diagrams, and industrial electronics.

Knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD, motor drivers, relays, sensors, and automation systems.





Basic understanding of mechanical assemblies, motors, motion control, and pneumatic systems.

Ability to use testing instruments such as multimeters, clamp meters, and other diagnostic equipment.

Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as RS232, RS485, and Modbus.

Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot machine-level problems.

Basic computer skills, software installation, and communication-interface troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with PLC/HMI systems.

Knowledge of Arduino, microcontrollers, stepper motor controllers, or GRBL-based systems.

Experience in laboratory equipment, special-purpose machines (SPMs), or industrial automation.

Basic understanding of PID temperature control, SSRs, and instrumentation.

Educational Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in:

Electrical Engineering

Electronics Engineering

Electronics & Communication Engineering

Instrumentation & Control Engineering

Mechatronics or related disciplines

Desired Candidate Profile
