About the Role

Skillmate Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced SEO Manager with strong hands-on expertise in SEO, Technical SEO, Local SEO, Healthcare SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

Candidates must have practical experience working with healthcare clients, specifically clinics and hospitals, and should be capable of independently managing SEO strategies and campaigns for healthcare brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute end-to-end SEO strategies for multiple clinics and hospitals.
- Manage On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, Local, and Healthcare SEO.
- Optimize Google Business Profiles for clinics, hospitals, and doctors.
- Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor research.
- Implement AEO and GEO strategies to improve visibility across answer engines and AI-powered search platforms.
- Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, redirects, and site structure.
- Optimize healthcare websites, service pages, doctor profiles, landing pages, blogs, and metadata.
- Develop location-based SEO and link-building strategies.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, leads, appointments, and conversions.
- Analyze performance using Google Search Console, GA4, GBP Insights, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with content, design, development,



and account management teams.
- Guide SEO executives and interns when required.

Mandatory Experience

Hands-on Healthcare SEO experience with clinics and/or hospitals is compulsory.

- Healthcare Local SEO and Google Business Profile Optimization
- Healthcare Service Page and Location-Based SEO
- Appointment and Lead Generation through SEO
- Healthcare Content Optimization
- Competitor Analysis and E-E-A-T Implementation

Added Advantage

Knowledge of regional Indian languages such as Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi, or Bengali will be an added advantage, particularly for location-based healthcare SEO.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with 3–5 years of practical SEO experience who can independently manage multiple healthcare accounts, develop data-driven strategies, identify growth opportunities, and take ownership of SEO performance.

Important: Healthcare SEO experience with clinics or hospitals is mandatory. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
