Role Description This full-time, in office Senior Technical Lead role is based in Indore and focuses on leading Azure-centric solution design and implementation.

The Senior Technical

Lead will architect cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure, guide migration and modernization efforts, and ensure performance, security, and scalability across projects. Daily responsibilities include reviewing technical designs, performing code and infrastructure reviews, mentoring engineering teams, and collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.



The role involves hands-on work with Azure services, DevOps practices, and integration patterns, as well as troubleshooting complex production issues and driving best practices in cloud governance and cost optimization.

The Senior Technical

Lead will also contribute to technical roadmaps, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple client engagements.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Functions, AKS, Storage, SQL/NoSQL databases, networking) and Azure architecture patterns.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing cloud-native, microservices-based, and API-driven solutions using modern programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, or similar.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices using tools like Azure DevOps, Git, pipelines, infrastructure as code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform), and automated deployment strategies.
- Solid understanding of security, compliance, and governance in the cloud, including identity and access management, data protection, and monitoring.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding technical teams, conducting code and design reviews, and mentoring engineers in best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with product, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Developer/Administrator Associate are highly preferred.
