We are seeking energetic field Sales Engineer in industrial sales/banking financials. The role involves selling BT Prints solutions, including CIJ/TIJ Printers, Laser Marking Machines, and AI Inspection Systems, to manufacturers across industries like food, pharma, beverages, dairy, and electronics.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop new business in assigned territory and achieve sales targets.

Conduct product dmos, technical presentations, and site visits.

Manage existing customer accounts and build strong client relationships.

Collaborate with service engineers for installation & after-sales support.

Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Provide weekly and monthly reports to management.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong technical understanding of industrial machinery/automation.

Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and travel frequently.

Target-driven with problem-solving attitude.

Qualifications





Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics preferred)/ MBA in sales and marketing.

3-7 years of sales experience in industrial machinery, automation, or packaging solutions/ any banking financial industry

Experience in coding & marking/packaging equipment is a strong advantage.

Work Location: Kolkata & Mumbai

Travelling is a must to the mentioned region

Two wheeler/Four wheeler is added advantage.
