Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business development and origination across Private Credit, Structured Finance, Alternate Assets, and Special Situations opportunities.
- Source and independently execute complex transactions including acquisition financing, promoter funding, HoldCo financing, mezzanine debt, growth capital, refinancing, and PE-backed opportunities.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with Promoters, CXOs, CFOs, Treasury Heads, Investment Bankers, PE/VC Funds, Family Offices, and other market intermediaries.
- Evaluate financing opportunities through detailed financial analysis, cash flow assessment, business due diligence, and credit evaluation.
- Structure customized financing solutions and negotiate transaction terms, security structures, covenants, and commercial arrangements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for credit approvals, due diligence, legal documentation, sanctioning, disbursement, and transaction closure.
- Monitor portfolio performance, asset quality, covenant compliance, and early warning indicators while ensuring timely risk mitigation.




- Prepare and present investment notes, credit proposals, transaction papers, portfolio reviews, and business updates to senior management and approval committees.

Job Requirements:

- MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.
- 10-18 years of experience in Private Credit, Structured Finance, Corporate Banking, Wholesale Banking, Investment Banking, NBFCs, AIFs, or Alternate Asset Management.
- Strong understanding of structured lending products, private credit transactions, capital structures, credit underwriting, and transaction structuring.
- Proven track record of sourcing, executing, and managing large-ticket corporate and sponsor-backed financing transactions with an established industry network.
- Robust stakeholder management, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with sound knowledge of legal documentation, security structures, and regulatory requirements.
