Technical Skills: 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience delivering complex enterprise transformation programs. Demonstrated experience successfully managing projects with aggressive timelines, high executive visibility, and significant cross-functional dependencies.

Experience leading Digital IT programs, migration, re-platforming, or similar large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Work Allocation Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, reporting, and implementation of the Demand and Execution Management Program for ENGINE IT. Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Leaders, and project teams to drive execution across multiple workstreams. Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and governance processes.

Track and manage action items, decisions, business signoffs, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the program lifecycle. Proactively identify, escalate, and drive resolution of blockers impacting project delivery and timeline commitments. Coordinate communication and alignment across business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, system integrators, and executive leadership.

Manage integration dependencies across enterprise applications, coordinating closely with application owners and technical teams.



Facilitate engagement with architects to drive solution design discussions and technical governance. Partner with delivery leadership to develop migration strategies, release plans, implementation timelines, and deployment approaches.

Coordinate with business SMEs to ensure requirements validation, functional signoffs, and business readiness. Work closely with change management teams on stakeholder communications, training, organizational readiness, and adoption activities. Engage product management leadership and key decision-makers to accelerate issue resolution and critical program decisions.

Establish and maintain executive-level reporting, program governance, RAID logs, KPI tracking, and status dashboards. Manage vendor relationships, deliverables, performance, and accountability throughout program execution.

Required Functional and Domain Knowledge: Solid expertise in project planning, scheduling, governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and executive reporting. Proven ability to manage multiple vendors, system integrators, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Experience coordinating large dependency networks across multiple applications and workstreams. Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications: PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or Scrum certifications.

Experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation programs.
