Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute regulatory strategies supporting business growth, innovation, and portfolio expansion.
- Lead regulatory approvals, market access, compliance, and product stewardship activities.
- Provide strategic guidance on regulatory, compliance, labeling, claims, and product safety matters.
- Anticipate regulatory changes and drive risk assessment and mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance of products, ingredients, marketing materials, and business practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, government agencies, and industry associations.
- Lead regulatory advocacy initiatives and represent the organization in industry forums.
- Partner with business, quality, legal, supply chain, R&D;, and global regulatory teams to support key business priorities.
- Lead and develop a high-performing Regulatory Affairs & Product Safety team.

Desired Profile

- 15 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Compliance, Product Safety, or related functions.
- Solid knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks applicable to nutrition, consumer products, cosmetics, healthcare, or FMCG industries.
- Proven experience managing regulatory strategy, market access, compliance governance,



and external stakeholder engagement.
- Strong leadership, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills.
