Senior IT Administrator/Executive - Architectural Design Firm - Mumbai Company: Talent Corner Hr Services Job Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 4 - 8 years Salary: 29,16735,417 a month Senior IT Administrator / IT Executive Location: Mumbai Role: Full-time, hands-on IT role Joining: Immediate / short notice preferred We are looking for a strong, hands-on IT professional who can independently manage and troubleshoot the day-to-day IT requirements of our organisation. This is not a managerial or vendor-coordination-only position. We are specifically looking for someone who personally works on systems, networks, computers, servers and software and is comfortable solving problems directly.

What You Will Handle

You will be responsible for the complete day-to-day IT setting, including: Setting up and troubleshooting desktops and laptops Windows installation, configuration and user management Managing office servers / NAS / shared storage Managing file access and user permissions Microsoft 365 / Outlook administration Email account creation, password resets and troubleshooting OneDrive / SharePoint / cloud-storage administration Wi-Fi, LAN, switches, routers and internet troubleshooting Firewall and VPN configuration and troubleshooting Managing printers, scanners and other office hardware Antivirus and endpoint-security administration Taking and monitoring backups Restoring files when required Maintaining IT hardware and software inventory Installing and managing software and licences Employee joining / exit IT setup Managing domains, DNS,



website/hosting access where required Coordinating with external vendors only where the issue genuinely requires specialist support Architecture / Design Office Experience- Our teams work with relatively heavy files and specialist software.

Experience supporting an architecture, engineering or design office would therefore be helpful. Familiarity with some of the following would be an advantage: AutoCAD Revit Autodesk licences Adobe Creative Cloud BIM environments Large drawing/model files Network-based project storage The Person We Are Looking For We need someone who: Is genuinely hands-on Can troubleshoot problems independently Does not need to call a vendor for every issue Is comfortable taking responsibility for the complete office IT setup Understands networking as well as computers Can administer Microsoft 365 and company accounts Understands servers, storage and backups Is systematic about passwords, access and documentation Is responsive when employees have IT problems Can explain a technical problem simply and clearly Is dependable and careful with confidential company information We would prefer someone who has previously been responsible for IT in a small or mid-sized company where they personally handled most of the IT work themselves.
