The Role

- We are looking for a Senior Manager – Human Resources to lead core people functions for the growing digital entertainment business.
- You will own hiring, onboarding, compensation, performance management and culture building.

Key Responsibilities:

- Run end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding for the digital entertainment business, including tech roles.
- Lead compensation benchmarking and design compensation structures.
- Own the performance management process.
- Drive culture building and employee engagement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

- Handled end-to-end talent acquisition, including hiring for tech roles.
