We are looking for a Senior Associate – Cash Application with 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/O2C operations. The role involves processing and applying customer payments including ACH, wire, check and lockbox receipts, performing account reconciliations, clearing invoices and credit memos, and resolving unapplied/unidentified cash, short payments, overpayments and payment discrepancies.
The candidate should have good knowledge of the end-to-end Cash Application/AR process, robust analytical and reconciliation skills, and experience with SAP. Good Excel and communication skills are required. Exposure to lockbox, automated cash application, month-end activities and process improvement/automation will be an added advantage.
