Key Responsibilities
- Process transactions and journal entries in Odoo ERP
- Reconcile bank, supplier, customer, intercompany, and tax accounts
- Complete month-end and year-end closing on schedule
- Verify supplier invoices and prepare payment proposals
- Raise customer invoices, allocate receipts and follow up collections
- Cost accounting, job profitability and budget variance analysis
- Keep inventory, fixed asset, loan, and lease schedules up to date
- Support GST, tax filings, and audits; guide Accounts Officers
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related field
- CAT, ACCA, AAT or similar (part-qualified welcome)
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience
- Solid Excel; Odoo ERP or similar system
- Working knowledge of IFRS and MIRA regulations
- Fluent English; Dhivehi, Sinhala or Tamil a plus
