Vineil Hitek is looking for an experienced Senior Design Engineer to join our engineering team at Chakan, Pune.

Position: Senior Design Engineer

Experience: 5+ Years

CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA

Location: Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

-Lead design and development of plastic injection moulds.

-Prepare 3D models, 2D drawings and detailed tool designs.

-Work on mould design concepts, DFM and design feasibility.

-Coordinate with NPD, Toolroom and Manufacturing teams.

-Ensure designs meet customer specifications and quality requirements.

-Support mould trials, troubleshooting and design modifications.

-Guide and mentor junior design engineers.

Desired Skills

Strong experience in plastic injection mould design.

Proficiency in UG NX / Siemens NX, AutoCAD.

Positive understanding of mould construction, tooling and manufacturing processes.

Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawings.

Strong problem-solving and team coordination skills.
