Duties and Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets in life and health insurance products.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and agency partners to enhance product distribution.
- Provide training and support to agents on product offerings, ensuring they are equipped to effectively sell.
