Description

We are looking for freshers/entry-level candidates for the position of AR Calling in our Chennai office. This role involves reaching out to clients in US for accounts receivable follow-up and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to clients for accounts receivable follow-up
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and issues
- Document all interactions and updates in the system
- Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collection targets
- Prepare reports on call outcomes and client feedback

Skills and Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of accounts receivable processes




- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Note: Those who have excellent oral and written communication skills and willing to work in night shift only need to apply.

Work Location: Egmore, Chennai.

Sat and Sun fixed week off.
