? Job Details

- Position: Agentic SDLC Project Manager
- Location: Remote – India
- Duration: 1+ Year
- Type: Contract

? Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agentic SDLC roadmap and delivery from use case discovery, prioritization, design, build, validation, rollout, and scaling.
- Manage AI agents across requirements, development, code review, testing, release, deployment, and operations.
- Partner with Product Engineering leads on capabilities, user journeys, acceptance criteria, and backlog priorities.
- Coordinate AI, application development, data, architecture, QA, DevOps, security, privacy, and platform engineering teams.
- Manage plans, resources, vendors, environments, integrations, risks, and dependencies.
- Establish governance and quality gates covering human oversight, security, responsible AI, traceability, and production readiness.
- Drive pilots, adoption, stakeholder communication, and reusable patterns.

? Required Experience
- 5+ years managing complex technology projects involving software development, AI, data, automation, or digital products.




- Understanding of end-to-end SDLC processes, roles, controls, and engineering practices.
- Product management/delivery experience covering discovery, roadmap definition, backlog prioritization, and outcome measurement.
- Jira proficiency: workflow/board configuration, backlog/release management, dashboards, automation, and delivery metrics.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, and agentic workflows, including orchestration, tool integration, evaluation, and human oversight.
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams and managing scope, resources, risks, dependencies, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Agile/hybrid delivery experience with analytical, facilitation, and negotiation skills.

⭐ Preferred Experience
- AI agents, copilots, developer productivity solutions, or intelligent automation.
- Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, or Power Platform.
- Azure DevOps, Confluence, and GitHub.
