About the Role

With the rapid expansion of DBS Global University and its growing portfolio of schools and academic programmes, we are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Admissions Manager to lead student recruitment and market development across the assigned territory.

The role will be responsible for driving enrolment growth, building a strong channel partner ecosystem, developing institutional relationships, and creating new student recruitment markets. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial acumen, excellent networking ability, and the confidence to represent a leading university across diverse education and professional forums.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive regional student enrolment targets, with clear accountability for admissions growth and conversions.
- Build, develop and manage a strong network of channel partners, education consultants, schools, institutions and other referral partners.
- Develop the assigned territory through market mapping, competitor analysis and identification of new recruitment opportunities.
- Drive the complete admissions funnel, lead generation, counselling, follow-ups, application, conversion and enrolment.
- Establish long-term partnerships with key stakeholders to create a sustainable student recruitment pipeline.
- Conduct school/institutional visits, seminars, career counselling sessions, education fairs and outreach campaigns.
- Strengthen the University's visibility and positioning across the assigned market through active business development and relationship building.
- Identify high-potential cities, institutions and emerging markets and develop territory-specific recruitment strategies.
- Track partner performance,



lead movement, conversion ratios and enrolment outcomes and provide regular MIS and market intelligence reports.
- Represent DBS Global University at education forums, conferences, fairs, institutional meetings and other strategic platforms.
- Work closely with internal admissions, marketing and academic teams to ensure seamless conversion and student onboarding.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory and take complete ownership of regional market development and performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in EdTech, B2B Sales, Education Sales or a related business development role.
- Strong experience in channel partner management, education consulting or institutional sales; university admissions experience will be strongly preferred.
- Candidates with experience in building and managing regional markets independently will be preferred.
- B.Tech / MBA or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution preferred.
- Robust academic pedigree; candidates with schooling from a reputed/convent school will be preferred.
- Excellent presentation, communication, counselling, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Confident, well-groomed, articulate and capable of representing the University at a senior professional level.
- High networking ability with an entrepreneurial, proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
- Should possess a mature, empowering and influential personality with the ability to build long-term relationships.

Candidates from other locations may also be considered if they have strong regional market knowledge, relevant industry networks and are willing to relocate/travel extensively.
