Role Description The Founder role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur, responsible for establishing and leading Dr Singh Industry Consultancy Jaipur. The Founder will define the firm’s vision and strategy, build service offerings, and develop relationships with industrial clients and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing client engagements, guiding consultants, making key business and financial decisions, and ensuring high-quality delivery of advisory services.

The role involves setting up and refining internal processes, managing budgets and resources,



and representing the consultancy at industry events and meetings. The Founder will also focus on business development, marketing the firm’s services, and identifying opportunities for growth in existing and emerging markets.

Qualifications

- Solid leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills to set direction and drive the growth of the consultancy.
- Proven experience in industry consulting, operations management, or a related field, preferably with exposure to manufacturing or service industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to work effectively with clients, partners, and team members.
- Sound financial and business management skills, including budgeting, planning, and performance tracking.
- Ability to design and improve processes, manage multiple projects, and maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Jaipur and engaging directly with local and regional industry stakeholders.
