Designation Vice President - Commercial Legal

- Lead complex commercial contract negotiations across multiple jurisdictions, including technology, infrastructure, market data, service, real estate, and facilities agreements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, strategic partnerships, and other multi-jurisdictional agreements.
- Conduct legal risk assessments, identify contractual exposures, recommend mitigation measures, and escalate significant matters for appropriate approvals.
- Advise on applicable regulatory requirements and legal considerations across different jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with regional legal teams, business stakeholders, and external counsel to facilitate effective resolution of complex legal matters.

Desired Profile

- 11-15 years of relevant legal experience,
