Position: HR - F&F; lead

Location: Worli, Mumbai

Employment Type- Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end employee exit management process, ensuring smooth and timely separation of employees.
- Oversee Full & Final (F&F;) settlements, including salary processing, leave encashment, notice pay recovery, deductions, and other applicable settlements.
- Handle and manage a volume of 500 employee exits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations for timely closure of exit formalities.
- Manage external vendors and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Track and monitor F&F; cases, pending settlements, employee clearances, and exit-related documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical reports related to employee exits and F&F; settlements.




- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements related to employee separation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in exit management and Vendor Management.
- Hands-on experience managing 500 employee exits.
- Robust vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume exit processes while maintaining accuracy and timelines.
